it was the perfect size but would slide down at times.I fixed this by pinching it slightly and it worked. Me and the seller did not communicate in any way, it got here though so that's all that matters. the packaging was okay; it came in a tiny zip lock bag that was wrapped in bubble wrap It took a while to get here only because where I live we were getting a lot of snow storms.
